Change begins when awareness shifts.

Change does not come from forcing yourself into something new—it comes from understanding what is already happening within you, and learning how to shift it.

T.I.M.E. sessions combine structured subconscious exploration, body-based regulation, and guided awareness that work to support lasting change.

What This Work Is

This practice focuses on deep pattern changes.

Many experiences in life repeat because the body, mind and subconscious system hold learned responses.

Sessions are designed to:

  • bring awareness to those patterns

  • understand how they formed

  • support new internal responses

How Sessions Work

Each session is guided and structured.

You may experience:

  • subconscious imagery or memory recall

  • emotional awareness linked to present challenges

  • physical sensations connected to stress patterns

  • shifts in perception and internal clarity

You remain aware throughout the entire process.

Your Experience

People often report:

  • feeling mentally clearer

  • reduced mental & physical tension

  • improved emotional awareness

  • a stronger sense of direction

What an experience Song provided me in a Theta Healing session. I tend to hold onto stress for many reasons, affecting my mental and physical well-being. Song was insightful and kind throughout this whole process. She listened to what I felt I needed to work on and during the session, she also worked with spirit to locate issues attached to me that I didn’t even realize were there. In the end, I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my chest. In the weeks following, I found I was taking the steps towards finding the work/life balance I have been wanting for years. I am now seeking opportunities that are personally important to me. It’s no longer being a work-a-holic. I will continue to work on keeping healthy boundaries in place. I thank you, Song. This is a real blessing.
